About us

We deeply explore the evolving dynamics between legal frameworks, societal needs, and intellectual property. In intellectual property, our research examines how IP laws can be leveraged to foster innovation while balancing the rights of creators and the public interest. We explore the tensions between protecting intellectual property rights and ensuring that these protections do not stifle creativity or access to knowledge and essential goods. This includes studying the impact of IP laws on various sectors, such as healthcare, technology, and the arts, and proposing solutions that can harmonize IP protection with broader societal goals.

Our work also addresses the challenges and opportunities associated with copyright and open-source initiatives, exploring how these models can coexist and complement each other to promote innovation and equitable access to information and technology. Additionally, we study the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and policy, focusing on how AI technologies can be regulated to ensure ethical use and equitable benefits while addressing intellectual property concerns related to AI-generated content. This integrated approach ensures that IP protections support the responsible and equitable advancement of AI technologies.
